Andy Berger1 StarThe people seem really nice, but will take your money and leave you with trash. Called them out for a noise my A/C was making, to clean the ducts, and to install more insulation. The service manager came out and gave me a quote ($5k, which I gladly paid). He assured me my system was running at 50% and his solution would make a great difference. He also assured me that is all I needed to do. They came out and replaced the fan and motor. It is, unfortunately, still making a noise. I can hit it to make it stop for a few seconds, but it comes right back. They had to come back to do the duct cleaning because they were missing a part to the machine. When they came back, they didn’t clean three of the ducts because they said they didn’t have the right connector. Also, they left dirt all over the ceiling and vent covers. They then recommended I replace the entire system, which is only a few years old. I called three times and asked to speak to the manager, but I have never received a call back. Terrible experience from a bad company. Look elsewhere to avoid the same headache.Tuesday 18th July 2023

Will Drummond5 StarWow! Can’t say enough good things. Great communication from the start, very open and honest. We got a mini split in the garage installed and had quotes from other companies. Washburn came in the lowest and was open at exactly how they got to that number. Installation was scheduled very promptly even in busy season. When the crew came they were nothing but professional. There was an issue that occurred (completely out of Washburn’s control) they immediately informed me of it, insisted the would make it right, and they did. They have ABSOLUTELY earned a loyal customer and advocate in our family.Thursday 10th August 2023

Erin Giddings5 StarI've owned my home 12 years and used countless AC companies for repair, replacement and maintenance in that time. In most cases I overpaid, or was left with incomplete repairs. When my AC went out last night I called Washburn Air hoping they could get us back up as quickly as possible... Their reviews were great and they took requests after most companies were closed.
They not only were able to be out this morning to do the repair, but they took the time to show me everything needing to be done, didn't charge me a ridiculous fee, and got my system up and running in just a few minutes!
The guys they sent out were professional, knowledgeable and just plain friendly (which I appreciated given that they work outside in 103 heat all day and that can't be much fun!)
I finally found an AC company that I feel is worth every penny and most importantly trustworthy. I liked their team so much, I even signed up for their annual maintenance plan.
My only regret is that I paid so many other companies so much money over the years when this group was right around the corner from me. Lessoned learned... Washburn Air has my business now!Thursday 20th July 2023
