Krista LeMoine5 StarVery kind and helpful staff. Called to schedule a maintenance appointment (to learn where my furnace filters are and how to change them). The receptionist was able to confirm they could work on my two systems and Jesus was quick and answered my questions on site. I have used Veterans on multiple occasions and share a very similar (consistent) experience that David Hauck describes in his post below.
Kelly, the lead tech at Veterans is knowledgeable, fair, honest in his dealings. Likely, by far the most honest AC company in the metro. This crew is like a breath of fresh air.

Robyn Brandenburg5 StarY’all! You won’t believe this. Our AC went out yesterday, on a Friday afternoon at 5pm. Talk about bad timing… We called Veteran’s AC at 9am this morning, the second they opened. Would you believe they had aN amazing technician here within ONE hour and didn’t even charge us that steep after hours fee?! I was sick to my stomach all night bracing myself for a huge bill. When it comes to air conditioning problems, I think everyone’s normal inclination when something goes wrong is to worry and then that inescapable dread that you are going to be taken advantage of and nickel and dimed to death. Can you believe after everything was said and done, our bill was ONLY $244!!! On a Saturday! I cannot say enough good things about this HONEST, CARING, INCREDIBLE, EFFICIENT company. Matt was our technician and he was positively amazing. He shared with us a lot of good tips and couldn’t possibly have been more knowledgeable. He sure does make that company look good! If you encounter AC issues, you would be crazy to use anyone but then! Coming from a realtor who sees AC issues often, these guys are simply the best! Thank you for everything, Matt! Eric Ryan5 StarAdmittedly, prior to working with Veteran's, I thought that all of the 5-star reviews for this company were complete BS and their rating was gamed to make them look better than they are. After working with them, I can see why they are rated so highly. From the prompt scheduling and helpfulness of their office staff, their friendly and candid service tech, and their top-notch installers; I could not have been more pleased.
Their techs are informative and honest and lay out the options without bias and their installers are timely, professional, efficient, friendly, and funny. I hope the Veteran's management/ownership reads these reviews and appreciates how important employee culture is and how great the team members they have are. Culture wins always and they have something special.
Sure - it's never fun to have a builder-installed system fail, and of-course it would have been more ideal to have replacement parts available (not months out - thanks Carrier) so it could have been done under warranty; but none of that is on Veteran's. They made the best of a bad situation and made the process as simple and painless as possible to get my family back up and running quickly.
I can't speak highly of them enough and they have my business and referrals for life.Friday 3rd June 2022
