Misty made sure that a last minute request I had for the plumber, David, was communicated to him & even helped make a change in his schedule to allow him more time on my projects. David is great! He explained my options, what he thought was most cost effective and allowed me to make my own decisions. He didn't stop until he was satisfied that the job was done right. Tom's Mechanical helped me out before and were great so I got an appointment setup quick and Frank came out, asked me a few questions and in no time gave me good news and explained what was going on and gave me my options. We really like Tom’s over other companies we have tried in the past. From Misti In customer service to the technician, couldn’t ask for better professionals. Great communication. Upon completion they cleaned up and removed all of the old materials.
