Thank you to all the friendly employees that work there I was pleased on how Ms.Regina was able to help me order a grill that had to be ordered online. And a week and a half later.fully assembled no extra cost and at the time of the pick up CR was able to help me load up in my truck no questions asked very helpful team . Thank you all!!!

Normally I come up to Home Depot and rent a chainsaw all the time no problems, they normally give me a backup chain because they normally don’t change the chains out like they supposed to. The chain normally goes dull half way through the job and to resolve that issue all the other employees normally let me get a new chain and if I don’t use it I’ll bring it back no problem.Now Siles the supposed to be manager suggest that if the chain goes dull that I stop my job no matter where I'm at to come all the back to replace the chain,Which is a big inconvenience to me,Rental one another rental shop gives me an extra chain no problem.Terrible experience for a repeat customer this shows a great lack of customer service especially for a business that’s just trying to survive which I know is not in line with Home Depot ideology especially since they advertise looking after contractors!!!

After 53 years living 45 miles North of the Golden Gate Bridge, I'm finally becoming a Texan again (born in Austin, grew up in Lubbock). I'm building a new place to live, so I went to the Cedar Hill Home Depot to set up a new Pro account. I was absolutely so happy with how professionally I was treated by Pro Account sales associate Mary Johnson. It's been way too many years since I last had a Pro account in CA, but Mary made sure that I had everything I needed to work with my contractors here, so I wanted to write this review.

Great customer service at this location! Ronnie in particular was very helpful, he helped me load my heavy items in the cart, find items in aisle and even loaded into the truck! I don’t know what I would have done without his help! Very much appreciated! Other staff members were very nice as well, store well stocked and clean!

The employees and manager are EXTREMELY RUDE at the Grand Prairie Home Depot store located off Carrie Pkwy. Ask to speak to the manager regarding the issue of no employees availability in the DOORS department. I was told at the Arlington location and The Grand Prairie location that the employees in the Doors department leave at 6pm and that I would have to return to the stores at that time. How does an entire store stay open for business until 10pm or 11pm but 1 department has its own rules. A person has to take off work in order to purchase a door from Home Depot. I went to the CUSTOMER SERVICE and one of the employees called for the mangers. The store manager named Terry, walked up towards the customer service desk, look at me and then just walked out of the store. The employee then tells me, "Ma'am, I'm sorry, that was my manager who just walked out of the store. It's going to be awhile before you can talk to him. ABSOLUTELY CRAZY!!!! The manager never said a word to me nor acknowledge me. But he definitely saw me. The other manager, Deanna, may have been with Terry too. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY TYPE OF DOORS FROM THE HOME DEPOT STORES!!!! SPEND YOUR DOLLARS WHERE YOU ARE RESPECTED!!!!!!
