Just wanted to share a little note about HVAC Experts. I am a builder/general contractor in the DFW metroplex and Chris & his team have worked for me for over 15 years now. They do my new construction and remodels on both residential and commercial projects. These guys are like family to me now! What I love most about these guys is the honesty that I get when looking at existing systems when we are doing remodeling projects. There are a lot of times where they tell me that nothing is wrong with the existing system, it might just need quarterly service, or it might be something minor that needs to be replaced at minimum cost. Where as a lot of companies will tell you that you need a whole new system regardless of whether you really do or not! I always trust what they have to tell me because they have worked on literally hundreds of units for me thru the years with great success. Their pricing is right in line of where it should be and coupled with their dependability & honesty, you can’t go wrong with these guys! And as far as warranty issues goes (and we all have those), they are always quick to respond and take care of whatever is necessary! I highly recommend these guys and give them a 5 star rating!! *pictured below is part of the HVAC Experts team with myself while they were doing an install for me on an indoor hitting facility for one of the Texas Rangers.

Above and beyond service! These guys did an amazing job and really took the time to do it right. Including complete installation inside out and they additionally upgraded our ducting. This was a restaurant install replacing an older system. We always had problems keeping the place warm in winter and cool in summer. But not anymore! The additional ducting and balanced system works fantastic even with our kitchens commercial vent hood working against it. I never thought we could ever have a system work as good as this. Very happy and customers are very happy. What a difference when you find a company that knows what they're doing! Highly recommend. Thank you.

Texas HVAC Experts got my heater back up and running in no time. From the moment I called, their team was professional and quick to respond. They showed up exactly when they said they would, which is rare these days. The technician who came out was extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue right away, walked me through what was wrong and had everything fixed quickly. You can tell they really know their stuff and take pride in doing the job right. If you’re looking for timely, reliable service with technicians who actually know what they’re doing, I highly recommend Texas HVAC Experts. They’ll be my go-to from here on out

The heating unit went out in our bedrooms on Friday evening. I scheduled for Monday (although they offered to come earlier). Kevin was there by 8:15 on Monday He drove to pick up the part and had it replaced and had the warmth going before noon. He explained everything and showed pictures (since I was not going up there in the cold attic). I would never use anyone else except Texas HVAC experts. The part was for a control board on our 2009 equipment. I have nothing to base the price on, but since beginning with Chris, I have never been overcharged and I am sure I was not overcharged for this.

Top notch service and care. Chris and team have been servicing our HVAC needs on multiple properties for over 15 years. Great at building relationships with their clients and always have professional service technicians to diagnose. Latest service call was on Christmas Eve. Crazy warm weather and the team was out diagnosing and fixing my issue same day. Best in the region.
