HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I’ve been searching for a reliable air and heat company to service our units when issues come up, and Texas Air & Heat absolutely delivered. I found them through their excellent reviews, gave them a call, and they sent Hayden out. I honestly haven’t had service this good in years. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and just an overall great young man. From the first call to the office all the way through the repair, the entire experience was professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. Truly outstanding service.

I highly recommend this company! Great company. You won't be disappointed! Before doing business with Texas Air & Heat, we had used another company for over 10 years. Our downstairs unit went out after 21 years, so we contacted the other company to diagnose the problem and provide a quote. Afterwards, we contacted Texas Air & Heat for a second opinion and quote. Daniel came out and talked with us and educated us on the various Trane systems. Before he came, we did our research on Trane AC systems; hence, we were familiar with the various systems. Daniel was able to explain the systems in greater details and answer our questions. We were highly impressed with his excellent customer service; kind, friendly demeanor; authenticity, professionalism; and knowledge. Needless to say, we purchased our system from Texas Air & Heat. They went above and beyond the call of duty and our expectations. Each employee (office staff and servicemen) that we interacted reflected the same qualities as Daniel. Thanks to Texas Air and Heat! We are happy customers 😀

Very good service from Texas Air & Heat. Daniel came out and gave us options of repairing existing unit vs replacing. We chose to replace. Installation was fast and unit is very nice and quiet. We have used a very small company and a very large one, but this company was just right.
