The challenge was that we did care what the coolant line looked like after installation. They took extra time to work through all of our concerns. We are currently in the process of purchasing our sixth unit for one of our properties. We have not had any problems with any of the units. They followed up with us to be sure everything was working properly. I was also very impressed with their suggestions on duck work in order to improve the efficiency and comfort in our house. Terry Elliott5 StarMy AC wasn't working this season so I called Shelton Heating & Cooling in the late afternoon after reading their great reviews on-line. The receptionist was very accommodating and friendly and we scheduled my appointment without a waste of time. Ben is the tech that came to do the repair. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed so as to make a decision. He did the repair excellently and at a reasonable price. Keith Howell5 StarWe had two AC installs - one air handler in the attic and one in the basement. the technicians arrived on time, were very easy to work with and cleaned up when they left. they completed the work in a timely fashion.
