Shelby Hall1 StarOur AC has been out for two days in 100 degree weather so we called to make an appointment, and the earliest appointment they had was 4 days out (completely understandable it's summer they are probably busy). They gave me the appointment window time of 9am-11am well that came and went so I called to check up on the delay. The lady on the phone was super nice and said he was close by and should be finishing up his appointment and on to me next. Well an hour went by with nothing so I called again and got no time frame, another hour went by and the same thing, it has now been over 4 hours since our appointment window time and no one can tell me anything. I'm a prisoner in my own home waiting on this dude! I had to call into work because of them. Unacceptable.Saturday 18th June 2022
