Candiece Jackson1 StarI do not recommend this company to anyone. Twice we was told that they where coming to repair our unit never showed or even gave us a courtesy call to say they was unable to make it. We always had to call multiple times to just check the status of the repair or even parts supposedly ordered. When the tech finally came he had his child with him to do the repair. After the repair we like to froze to death because of the wiring the unit would not turn off on thermostat or in breaker box. At 4am we had to manually go outside and pull the power outlet to power off fan but unit still running inside. It triggered the smoke detectors to sound all night. We didn't get any rest and now my toddler has a cold not to mention how my utility bill is going to look next month.When addressing the issue with company we didn't get an apology all we got was a extra 25 dollars added to our bill for wiring that was messed up by the repair technician. Our home was purchased in 2020 in Thomas County we have never had any problems with our ac powering on and off until they showed up. I am very disappointed in this company. This is not how you do business. I am a business owner in Grady County as well and I will not be doing any business with this company again and I am telling everyone I know not to use this company. I wish I didn't have to hit a star to post this review because they don't deserve that!Wednesday 17th August 2022
Alonzo Tucker3 StarI was a little surprised that my coil went out on a brand new ac and heating unit with in an 18 month period. It was covered under warranty and I had to pay a labor fee that I wasn't expecting to pay this soon but they worked with me. So far everything is working as should I just hope the coil holds up longer this time.Sunday 27th November 2022
