We just had a new ac unit and furnace installed and the job done by Ian and Brett was outstanding. The unit operates beautifully and looks fantastic! An additional highlight was their exceptional friendliness and efficiency. They arrived promptly and immediately got to work! Also, a big thanks to the team that installed the new insulation. They were also very courteous and professional, completing their task promptly and starting their work right away. I would highly recommend this ac repair and installation service in Hurst!

Brett and Ian from Ralph's Best Air Masters were absolutely phenomenal. They were swift and efficient in their AC repair tasks, not to mention their exceptional customer service. They went above and beyond, providing detailed explanations on how to operate and maintain the AC unit, including changing the filters. They answered all my queries with utmost patience and it was evident that both Brett and Ian are skilled professionals in their field. During a routine check-up, we were informed by Brett that there were some fractures in our heating system, indicating the need for a replacement. Thanks to Ralph's Best Air Masters handling this task in the late summer, we are reassured that our HVAC system will be up and running efficiently before the winter season in Hurst. Ian also provided us with valuable tips on preventing rodents from nesting in our A/C unit in the future. We are extremely satisfied with their service.

Brett and his assistant made their way to our place to tackle some issues with our HVAC system, which was still under warranty by Ralph's Best Air Masters. They quickly diagnosed the issue, which turned out to be the circuit board. Luckily, they had a spare one on their truck and were able to rectify the problem right away at no additional cost. While they were in Hurst, they also performed a complimentary maintenance check on our air conditioning system and even replaced the unit's filter free of charge. I can't heap enough praise on their service - it was professional, swift, and efficient. I highly recommend them!

Excellent customer service! The representatives, like Brett and Ian, who answer the phone are fantastic. They always seem to be knowledgeable, considerate, and have a way of putting a smile on your face. They consistently provide updates on the expected arrival time of the AC repair technician, which is greatly appreciated. The technicians we've worked with in Hurst have been meticulous and efficient, providing suggestions to enhance our AC system without being pushy. I highly recommend this AC repair service.
