We needed an a/c technician to check out a unit that wasn't running but we were under contract and needed someone to come out quickly! Eric came out on a Saturday morning and was able to get the unit running and provide feedback on why the unit also wasn't cooling. They did this for $69 which was much less than the other companies I called. I am thankful for their timeliness and professionalism!

Replaced whole a/c and heater unit in an older house, old unit wasn’t centered so when I had to put a new filter I had to fold it which was not good so they fixed the floor for the new unit to sit right. Lower price than other companies, right on schedule and work was done fast. Also got the uv light that go in the duct that kills bacteria and viruses in the air so less worries about air quality. Definitely will call them again.

Wanted to thank Eric from Prime Time Heating and Air for being able to come out last minute in the evening. Our thermostat went out and would not work. He was able to come out and diagnose it. Had a loose wire from previous company not installing it right. He was able to get it working and made sure everything was good. Definitely goes above and beyond. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Good local company.

As a new homeowner I was in need of a new AC company and had Prime Time come perform a maintenance on my unit. My dad loves Prime Times service and recommended I called them. Absolutely best experience I’ve ever had with a AC Company! I will continue to use their services and will recommend them to anyone in need of service!

I really dislike writing reviews to companies but I felt I really needed to let everyone know what a great experience I had with this company! This past cold spell, I received a phone call from my son that the heater wasn’t working. I had remembered that I saw a company on a billboard. I went ahead and just took a risk and I contacted them. This was on a Sunday, I reached out to them right at closing time and the gentleman didn’t hesitate to send someone out. It was probably around 10 PM when he arrived he had just finished a call across town, he fixed my issues right away and got me going quick. I’m very grateful to this company, the gentleman went over everything and didn’t try to upsell me anything I didn’t need. He mentioned my system was a little old and I would need to replace it’s soon but there was no rush on it. Thank you, I have recommended this company to all my friends and colleagues.
