Contract provider for Old Republic Home Warranty. Called Old Republic and Platinum contacted me within 12 hours or initial service request. Appointment was made via text messages and they arrived within the time given. Tony was the tech that arrived. He asked what the problem was. Explained that the heater (force air on roof) was blowing cold air. About 20-30 minutes later the heater came on and was blowing hot air. He explained that the ignition control was bad and that was replaced. He took a couple of pictures and showed that the burner was dirty and he cleaned that mess up. (supposed have been done during checkup) Overall a great experience, especially considering it was a home warranty service call and some of those have not gone well.

So efficient! My technician arrived within the window they provided and completed the job in less than 30 minutes. He replaced the thermostat, made sure the cool air was flowing through the house and even provided me with a manual and invoice. Would highly recommend especially since you can make an appointment via text. Website is a bit wonky but if you give them a call, they’ll be very helpful!

I had a terrible experience with PLATINUM REPAIR INC, and I want to share my story to help others avoid similar frustrations. My AC broke down over the weekend, and the initial company I called found a leak in the evaporator coil, which they said needed replacement. I contacted my insurance, AHC home warranty, who sent PLATINUM REPAIR INC to address the issue. Despite clear evidence of the leak provided by the first company, the PLATINUM REPAIR INC technician couldn't locate it and insisted the gas pressure was fine. After their second appointment in 5 days, their technician reluctantly agreed to open the evaporator coil and found the leak only after I showed them video evidence. However, they still denied it in their report to AHS. After days of frustration, I contacted AHS for a second opinion. The new company promptly identified and fixed the leak. PLATINUM REPAIR INC's incompetence and refusal to acknowledge the problem resulted in unnecessary delays and inconvenience. I strongly advise against using their services due to their lack of professionalism and customer care.

After going 3 Months waiting to get the furnace repair from another company. finally the insurance company set the writ person that help me and is a good trouble shooter, He found the problem it was the flame sensor he cleaned it and recommend if the problem persist to get a new one . For me the service was awesome, big thank to Dylan.

This company is worthless! American Home Warranty assigned our furnace repair to them. It took days for them to come out, and when the repairman finally came, he said he needed parts. He didn’t return for a week and a half, arrived 1 hour late, and told us the “office gave him the wrong part.” Don’t patronize this business.
