To the very polite and thorough installation by William, Bob and the gentleman who helped finish the job!!! I was so very impressed by the way that at the end of the installation William checked every duct in the entire house making sure that they performed correctly! They were able to solve the problem very quickly. They explained to us what they were doing and answered all of our questions.
