River Riley5 StarI have health problems and have to stay in bed most of the time. I’m sensitive to temperature and have had to have a room AC for almost 10 years.
My dad suggested a wall mounted split unit. I got a quote from another person and he looked around, said the main unit was probably going to crash soon and we should replace it. Then gave me a quote for my room.
Then I had SD come out. He and his associate looked at the unit, filter, my room everything. Saw all the reasons my room wasn’t cooling down and explained them to me very clearly and made sure I understood. It was clear he understood the situation and wanted to get an actual fix to the problem.
Now my house is the right temperature. He threw in a few extra things too which I really appreciate.
Everyone who came to my house to work were very professional and polite. They made sure none of my house cats escaped!
It was a great experience. Especially because of SD. 10/10 would recommend. And they are who I’m going to call if I need other work done in my house.Tuesday 19th March 2024
