Colt was absolutely amazing and walked me through a quick/easy fix for something that another company was almost charging $1900 to replace. Regardless of cost, Moore Than Air is all about taking care of the customer and providing thorough, experienced, and most importantly HONEST service. Could not be more thankful for their amazing work! Colt is AWESOME!!!! When you see 5 stars, trust it! Our technician practically rebuilt our relic of an outdoor unit. Since I already left a review last year, I wasn’t given the option to leave a second review. So I’ll update with my latest 04/24 review. Nothing can compare to the over and above quality of service I’ve received from Moore Than Air. I can’t remember ever seeing anyone make such effort to insure that I was 100% happy. I would say I’m closer to 200% happy. Everything they’ve ever repaired was flawless with not one repeat issue. I also appreciate their helpful & caring recommendations. Never any pushy upselling. They’re the very best! You’ll see 😊 Summer ‘23 Review. I highly recommend Moore Than Air. A few months ago, our A/C wasn't working, so we called them since they have good reviews on google. They replaced some parts that were defective, and as soon as they turned the unit on to test it, something started to smell like burnt plastic. The circuit board in the AC unit caught on fire. We think they crossed some wires which short-circuited the circuit board. So they had to go and buy a new curcit board (we had to pay for it, of course). This was a few months ago. Fast-forward to today, January 2024, and there is a freeze warning on the horizon. We turn on the heater and nothing... I called a new company, and they found out that Moore Than Air hadn't connected the heater back on properly when they installed the circuit board a few months ago.

Wow! We have had issues with our ac in the summer for two years now. Multiple companies have come out, looked at the unit, said "well, it should work fine!" Then took their service call fee and left, while it still blows 90° in our house every afternoon. Eventually we decided that maybe it was because we have no insulation in our attic so I've been getting quotes for that service. This is what I set up an appointment for. I reached out in the morning and Barry was at our house at 3 pm the same day. We sat down and I explained what has been happening and why we wanted insulation. Barry could have given us a quote for insulation, scheduled the job, and moved on. Instead, he decided to figure out what was happening with our ac. He spent a few hours up and down, inside and outside, testing, looking, and SOLVING our problem! I cannot express how it feels to finally have someone committed to fixing this, and it wasn't even the true reason why he came out. Barry was so kind and personable. He listened to us and explained everything as it was discovered, and we made a plan for a long term fix. We felt really well taken care of. Thank you so much Barry!! We will definitely be using Moore Than Air for anything we need in the future.
