md11mark5 StarI had to replace a leaking water heater. Milestone gave me an expeditious appointment for one of their technicians to come out the next morning. The technician, Jonathan Figueroa, was courteous and professional. He gave me an estimate with several options within minutes. Once I decided on my option, he explained how he would have to pick up the needed parts and another technician, Joe. He let me know that it would take some time so I was free to leave until he was back and ready to replace the water heater. He always kept me well informed as to what he was doing. Even though it took most of the day, the work was well done and within the expected time. At the conclusion of the work, Joe explained the inspection process to me to my satisfaction. Amanda Fagan1 StarVery disappointed. You have been here 4 times everytime you create an issue. You stated the ducts needed cleaning we paid for that then the thermostat stops working the same night I waited until 10:02 pm that night for you to show up and state a wire was lose. Then we have the lights you recommended installed it has smelled stronger like burning and Christmas morning we woke up to a loud whistling noise a burning smell and stuff coming out of the vents.Monday 25th December 2023
