Our AC broke after hours on a Saturday. Looked for emergency people and called Willard because of reviews. I am so glad I did. The company send you texts with the technician name, photo and experience. I felt so comfortable knowing who was going to show up. Stuart was the first to come see what was wrong. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got us on the schedule for repairs. Communication has been amazing. Stuart called the next day to check on us knowing we were without AC. They got us in for first thing Monday morning. The technicians that did the install were so kind and professional. Follow up has been great as well. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. They have definitely won me over and I will be switching to them for any maintenance needs.

Stuart was very helpful, respectful and thorough with his diagnosis of my system. Knowing my system was 25 years old i knew it was a matter of time before i would need a nee system. Stuart helped us get the right system that meets our needed. He was a huge help through the financial process. Installation was completed the next day. The installation technicians Cole and kristopher did a fantastic job and were very respectful of our property. They were also extremely courteous, polite and respectful. They even finished the job ahead of scheduled time. My only complaint is that the person who initially took my phone call gave me some information that was incorrect. That was disappointing.

Richard Woodard, a Senior Tech and Field Supervisor provided excellent customer service and was very professional. Richard took the time to diagnose the problem with my current system. Once it was determined that it would take six months to get the part, he took the time to recommend a replacement unit that would best meet my needs and helped me to secure the necessary financing. Additionally, he came over to my house the day of the install to make sure that the technicians involved in doing the actual installation completed the work as we had agreed upon. Richard also helped arrange the follow up appointments with the electrician and plumber.
