Marcia Smith2 StarTried calling number listed goes to Waco office they don't service DFW even though the address listed is a mile from my house. Referred me to Fox service in Austin called there they only do commercial no residential. 20 minute call got nowhere. All numbers I called for LP went to Waco office. Frustrating to see a business listed as local and they say they don't service your area.Monday 12th February 2024
Chris Turner5 StarI needed someone to come out and look at our unit, and they were able to come within a few hours. The technician, Wesley, was very courteous and thorough in his explanations. He was able to take care of our unit and give recommendations based on what he saw in his inspection, and he did not give us a "hard sell". When he needed to go outside, he'd put on these little disposable "booties" before coming back in to protect our floors from anything that might get tracked in. He worked quickly and efficiently, and everything has been in great shape since. He also was able to answer questions I had without being condescending. When I need assistance with our HVAC unit, I'll be contacting them again.Thursday 24th October 2019

I was able to sleep, knowing that he and my husband had everything under control. It blows my mind that anyone would have that kind dedication and commitment to good service, to work well past normal hours, forgoing sleep himself so that we could make it in time to work the next day...but Wesley proves it’s possible.
