I worked with Zack at IES for our generator transfer switch project ahead of the snow here in DFW. Zack was fantastic to work with from start to finish, even when we added a few new pendant lights to install. Communication, fair pricing and constantly staying in touch for scheduling. Also had Ryan here to perform the work the day of and he was a great resource of knowledge on the process and how this new system would work. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough!

Hired IES Residential to fix a faulty job from a prior contractor. Azra, Moi, Juan, and Alejandro did a fantastic job. They not only got the work done in an expedited manner, but they went the extra mile to ensure everything looks great and were meticulous in detail and meeting electrical code standards. I would hire them again for any job. Professional, efficient, and exactly as requested.

I want to send a HUGE thank you to IES Grapevine (specifically Drew and Preston) for coming out and solving an issue in less than 30 minutes that puzzled the HART HVAC technician for over two hours. Preston found the issue immediately upon entering the house and got it fixed quickly (then Drew went around and tested and fixed the issues that HART caused). They were professional, friendly, and really put me at ease about the entire problem (at times I felt as if they were family members coming to visit). When all was said and done, they said the office would take care of the payment and sure enough, Amber called and took my payment information and was extremely sweet as well. I can't speak highly enough about this company and their techs... if you need help, call them... you won't regret it.

Juan and Xavier did a perfect job with replacing the bad breaker. They tested our washer and garbage disposal to make sure it worked and they noticed there were too many plugs in one outlet which likely overloaded the breaker. I would call IES again when we need another breaker replaced! Thank you!
