We purchased a Trane condenser through HPH Services in December 2019. Within the first year we were having issues with the unit. Howard the owner of HPH promptly came out and fixed it each time. We have continued to have issues ever since. This spring, we had another issue with it. When Howard arrived, we expressed our dissatisfaction with the condenser. That evening Howard compiled a repair history for the condenser and sent it to Trane the next morning. Before the end of the day Trane agreed to give us a new unit. Within a day or two of the unit's arrival, Howard delivered and installed it. We have been using HPH since 2009 and we are very pleased with them. We would recommend them to anyone who needs heating and AC help. Thanks Howard for going to bat for us.

Been working with HPH Services for at least 14 years. Howard has replaced multiple HVAC units for me and continues to service all my current units. He most recently replaced 2 old failing units in the last week without any issues and left the place looking like he hadn't been there. Howard is nothing short of amazing. He walked me through the potential resolutions on the phone before he even came out, then during the service call he explained exactly what was occurring with my American Standard unit and why it had stopped working. He resolved the issue quickly, told me what future costs might be and ways to resolve it if the issue represented. The last company I called tried to sell me an $8k mini-split when all I needed to do was just clean the coils! Call Howard and you will get honest and fair service with integrity and kindness. Won’t call anyone else from now on!
