Our furnace went out last night as the thermostat hit 29 degrees. James Heating And Air Conditioning to the rescue. They arrived by 10 am, diagnosed the issue and helped us evaluate our options. Our ultimate decision was to not sink a lot of money into a 16 year old furnace. James Heating And Air Conditioning has the one one out and new one up and running by 4 pm - all in one day. Their team was polite and professional. They protected the floors with drop cloths and left everything clean when they were finished. No one likes spending this kind of money but I do think their price was appropriate and fair. We will continue to use them for service in the future.

These guys were first class all the way. They explained everything from start to finish and gave a couple different solutions to the problem in all price ranges. Very clean work. Very pleased with my new A/C unit. Way better than other companies in my book.

I used this company and the did significant damage to my furnace while trying to replace a capacitor. I would not recommend this company. I was given a refund for the service call however the repairs they caused cost me a small fortune.

I booked an appointment with these folks to troubleshoot my AC after the compressor stopped working. I guess they were too busy because they subbed out the appointment to an entirely different company without notifying me (On Point Heating and Air) and those guys were very shady. The technician (who showed up two and a half hours late) indicated to me that I have three bad capacitors, and that he needs to call his boss to get pricing. After returning from his truck, he told me that each capacitor was $400 plus $125 for labor, but that they'd give me one for free putting the total just at $1200. I googled the part number of the capacitors in question and they turned out to be between $15 and $35 each. I ended up ordering them online and plan to install them myself at a cost of around $70. Long story short, I can't really speak to the quality of James Heating and Air's work (which is why this isn't a 1-star review) but the fact that they subcontracted my appointment to shady operation who tried to gouge me with a 2000% markup left a pretty poor taste in my mouth.

Kevin installed two furnaces in a tiny cramped space in our humble home and our air quality has never been better. I know that this is not quite an easy job and it was a grueling job and they got it done. I asked Kevin if they’re legit and they are, Kevin is a Licensed and Certified James Heating And Air Conditioning Technician.
