The field manager? Amazing! He came over and pointed the issue out in less than 5 mins. I wish I would have gotten his name but he’s AWESOME. Seth? Unmatched! He was in and out on a NEW exhaust installation. Don’t walk - RUN TO THEM for help. They’ll get on it with no problem. :) Thanks Hawkhill!

Not sure where these positive reviews are coming from. Perhaps they are AI generated. Because, this is not the service I got. From beginning to end. There was a drain dug in my yard and stayed undug for over a week. Received the worst form of communication or should I lack of. As a vendor myself, I give day to day updates on work that is being done. I should not have to hunt (LITTERALLY HUNT) a vendor down for updates or to know why it is taking a week to fill a hole with dirt. When I actually spoke with GABE, he was rude and cut me off because I was trying to get answers as to why this work was taking so long. So for over a week my yard was uprooted and left that way all because Hawkhill was trying to get additional, unnecessary work approved. I was then notified via text that it will take two days to put dirt back in. When I asked why "two days" again I received no response. Finally someone came out today filled the hole (in 30 minutes) and still wasn't notified as to if the work was completed or not. Worst customer service ever. This company might as well be called "Unread" because that's how they make you feel!!!!!
