Kenneth from Gregg Air was excellent and an extension of the whole company. He was very professional, polite and communicative regarding the issues he saw with my 2012 unit. The work he did was thorough, he has a wide knowledge base of HVAC systems and was able to clean, enhance and optimize the unit! Gregg Airs response time was emergent- as is the new name of the company “Emergency Air”. This company and the technician Kenneth is highly recommended! Hope to not need them again, but would use them again in an instant!

My unit went out on a Saturday during my son’s graduation. I contacted them and was surprised to get a call Sunday morning. I met with Steven on Sunday a few hours later and he was open and honest with me. He didn’t try to sale me things that I didn’t need and I appreciated that. Monday I was back up and running and even the guys that came out to install (Francisco) were polite. He checked the vents to make sure the air was circulating properly before leaving. They cleaned up after themselves and showed me pictures of what they installed to avoid me going in the attic. Just great customer service from beginning and end.

Eduardo and Rafael came out today not knowing the full extent of the job. They put in a 12hr day and did an OUTSTANDING JOB! 4 other vendors had been out but Emergency AC delivered as promised and then some. Removed old ducts and rehung all new ductwork plus blow-in insulation. Thanks Eduardo/Rafael!!! I'd call you guys anytime for any HVAC issues. Before and After

I want to thank this company for acting quickly to get air in my house with this Texas heat. I contacted the company that morning at 6am and by 7am I was talking to Steven. He was so amazing, reassuring and made everything smooth. By 9am the next day the company was out and before noon we had air again. Thank you very much for your generosity. I have already referred friends and family and will be using them again if needed. 1000% recommend.

Everyone that I that I’ve come into contact with at this company has been incredibly kind. They called me to set up the appointment within minutes and had me on their schedule for first thing the next morning. The tech that came to my house was incredibly polite and fast. He had a very calming vibe and made everything easy. Thank you for getting us up and running so quickly!
