I’ve had pretty good results with Ellis in the past. However last week they came by and told me I needed a new 9k unit. The unit was too old and beyond repair. I called another company and they fixed the issue for a few hundred dollars. Always, I mean ALWAYS get a second opinion. The only reason I didn’t give them a 1 star is I’ve had good results in the past. Good luck!

I love Ellis Air Conditioning and heating! I have used them for more than 20 years and they have always had quality workmanship, they are professional, courteous, and they have competitive pricing! Great company!! Stephen is my favorite, but all of the workers are great!

Ellis replaced our entire system. Service, communication, knowledge and professionalism was AAAPlus! Great company. They are really customer oriented. Ellis is the best!!! Would not even consider using another HVAC company as long as Ellis is in business. These folks know what they are doing and are very honest. Thank you Ellis Heat and Air!!!!

Very professional service, Denny is a credit to this company. I had, probably silly questions but he talked me through what he found with my system that needed fixing and why. Very likely saved a very expensive repair in the future. Highly recommend Ellis, not only to do maintenance but to educate you, and fix any future issues that may arise.
