If I could give zero stars then I would. Ernesto will not honor the labor warrenty on the HVAC system that was replaced less than a year ago. The system that was replaced is now doing the exact same thing as it was doing before it was replaced. The system will not hold the Freon. This is a family owned business and it makes me wish that we have gone with a more reputable company because of this exact thing. My maintenance supervisor has called and was promised a call back three different times because the office employee had to "talk to the owner and get back to me" He never called back. I called yesterday morning and told the employee that I would wait on hold until he had an answer for me. He then said that the owner is very busy and can't give me a date that he would be out yet. I have tried to call today from multiple different numbers to just get a hold of someone to get this taken care of. They are purposely not answering. This is the most unprofessional business that I have ever worked with.
