Jonathan Stegmann5 StarI had a few AC issues, my capacitor in the exterior unit was blown, and the blower unit in the ceiling above my bathroom had partially fallen and was leaking. Dial One Johnson was able to send Joe out to my house the same day. Joe was incredibly knowledgeable and personable and became great friends with my cats. He was able to fix the capacitor issue in no time and diagnosed the blower issue and came up with a game plan but it would involve another technician. Joe came back with Dan, an absolute professional through and through, and the two of them were able to remount the unit and fix the issue entirely. Joe and Dan are a fantastic team and kept me updated every step of the way and made sure I approved all of their work. They worked quickly and cost effectively. I also paid way less than I would have with anybody else. I cannot sing this company's praises enough and they definitely got a customer for life!Tuesday 28th May 2024
Michelle A5 StarI love this company. I called them out after another company told me I would have to basically rip out my kitchen cabinet to fix a leak in the wall under the sink. The guy sent, I am so sorry I don't remember your name, looked under the sink, saw the problem, quoted me a price and fixed the leak, all in less than 2 hours. This now leaves me the time to save up to fix the damage the leak caused. If talking to the receptionist doesnt make you smile, the knowledge and work they do will!

KASH MONEY5 StarReceived AC services on 5/1/24. The technician (Jose R) was very professional, informative, and answered all my questions/concerns. All the Dial One service technicians I've interacted with, be it plumbing or unit services have been GREAT. He’s friendly, congenial, knowledgeable and shows deep concerns for your needs as a homeowner when it comes to gaining info regarding your HVAC and plumbing issues. I love the fact that he’s not a pushy person who’s out to sell. I wouldn’t categorize him not as a salesperson , but a friend who’s there to help—-answer your questions, provide the facts of your personal situation, advise and allow you to make your own decisions!
