I called again at 11:00, they had no idea who I was, so they scheduled me 3-6
After waiting from 3-6 , NO SHOW
I called AGAIN, they said they would contact technician to call me. Never called
I called AGAIN, was told they couldn’t reach technician and they didn’t know why he hadn’t called.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE, save yourself a major headache and call another company.Wednesday 13th July 2022
