We had a great experience with Elixir Heating and Cooling. We did a complete HVAC replacement in our home. Tom and all the crew were great! A thorough and well thought out analysis of our needs and the varying options. Notification with a picture of the technician who would be arriving. Had a small issue that was handled and corrected right away. Even follow up and some suggestions to keep things running smooth. Would highly recommend the team at Elixir Heating and Cooling!

We've used Elixir Heating and Cooling for 4 years and they have always been fair and efficient. The EXPERT just came out to service our annual maintenance and check on a cooling issue and he was professional yet personable. He explained things and gave me some options to think about, but didn't pressure me into making an immediate decision - which I appreciated! I recommend THEM for all your heating and cooling needs.

On the coldest night this year our furnace stopped working. Within 2 hrs of a call, the team from Elixir Heating and Cooling was assessing the problem and determining solutions best for our home and family. They were honest and transparent about what needed to be done and provided recommendations that were appropriate rather than trying to offer more bells and whistles than we needed. Within 12 hrs they were back installing a new furnace. I will call them again his summer to replace my air conditioning unit. Thank you.

Excellent service. They repaired my old central heat and air for several years until it became necessary to replace it. They did a great job on the installation of the new system and our house is much more temperature friendly now. The technicians are very professional and courteous.
