Very bad customer experience. We are having HVAC issue since past few weeks in our new home that was built by First Texas Home. The vent is blowing cold air for continuously 15 minutes for every one hour. We had complained to Comfort Force and their technician visited 3 times but still the problem is not resolved. Every time the technician visits, they make some changes in the furnace and assure us that the problem is now fixed and we should wait for few hours for the changes to take affect. However, the problem doesn't seems to have resolved and now they are not responding. Every bas customer service. The lady was very rude in the call and refused to send the technician to resovle the problem. Please don't deal with this company!
