Charles Davis5 StarI wanted to write this review to highlight the excellent job Mike did in fixing my HVAC unit. He thoroughly inspected the compressor and condenser to determine if the unit was salvageable. While I initially thought the problem was with the capacitor, Mike confirmed it was in good condition. He took his time to ensure nothing was overlooked and discovered a dirty, worn-out filter that needed replacement, which I wasn't aware of.
Additionally, Mike informed me about an air-cleaning light system available for purchase, and I ended up buying two of them.

We got told that comfort express is very good & reasonable but still didn’t know what to expect.
He arrived as promised because he knew we have a house inspection and he wanted to help us beforehand.
He came right on time and introduced himself really politely & explained everything really professionally.
He started to work right away. When he was done he was explaining us about our system and shared his great knowledge with us.
he just wanted to make us happy and to make sure we going to pass the inspection and have a great running system .
I’ve been through service people before and I must say that I never got such a great and professional guy like him.
He deserves every penny and more business.
Definitely recommend him to everyone in need that guy is gold !

A couple of things: 1) We called for after-hours service originally, and their time arrival estimate was way off (originally between 8 and 9pm; then it became a 4-hour arrival window starting at 9pm). Plus, they gave us conflicting messages about whether technicians were available at night. Because of their disorganized manner, we cancelled and rescheduled for the next day; 2) They provided discussion with the customer after the initial evaluation, but didn't talk to us at the end about the repairs. They left, and sent emails with the invoice. Could have provided better feedback to their customer so they know what was done.Wednesday 5th June 2024

Alec Gibbs did a great job inspecting our A/C unit. He did a performance and safety testing on the unit. He cleaned the condenser and restored the system to a clean condition. Alec is very friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable. We are very happy with the job that he did.Sunday 5th May 2024
