The office team, the project manager and the install team were amazing. The customer service was incredible. Everyone was friendly and responsive! Our install had an unexpected hiccup due to the home build. They explained what needed to be done and the reason for the delay. They worked hard all day to ensure we had heat going into the cold night. Thank you Cesar Heat & Cooling ! Your team is awesome!!

I contacted several companies about my A/C emergencies but Cesar Heat & Cooling was the only company that was able to respond that same day, with a technician, Josh, showed up a half an hour after I contacted them. Josh was good, very polite and willing to respond to my questions and concerns. He sorted out the issue in a timely manner and at reasonable cost. Very nice experience.
