My A/C went out at home. They were really busy but got here within 48 hours. Replaced my fan motor. Reasonable prices. The tech was really polite and professional, Lil Mike, I believe. The girls in the office were very kind too.

I would not advise anyone to use Carilse for wall furnace installation or repair. Since they installed mine they have been out a number of times for the pilot light not staying lit. This problem has never been resolved and for the last 3 visits and after $220 + charge still no heat their solution now is to charge me another $ 200 to clean the burners, but will probably have to replace the furnace. I have used their other services and been satisfied. But now I have lost complete trust in Carlisle services. I am not sure if this is a lemon furnace, lack of knowledge or just gouging me I am done. I will take any plumbing, electrical or heating work elsewhere.
