My furnace was not working on Sunday and it was a very cold day! I called for a tech and they were at the house within 45 minutes. Chris kept me advised when he was close and fixed the system, providing a nice warm home again. I highly recommend Brown Service Company and glad I chose them last year to be natal and maintain my system!

David arrived and installed two new ceiling fans and a new chandelier. He was timely, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Communication with Brown Service Company from my first call until David arrived was excellent. Due to this experience, all my future electrical work will be scheduled with this company and i want David to be the electrician who comes to my home. I found Brown Service Co on Google and thank heaven I did! I had contacted 5 other HVAC companies to come out & give me a bid to get HVAC ducts ran to our back bathroom as it has never had heat & air since we purchased our home in 2006. 1 contractor out of the 5 I contacted actually showed up but never sent me a bid telling me his techs were too large to fit in our attic. I never heard back from that contractor. From the 1st time I called Brown Service Company 4 days ago to meeting Jimmy for the 1st time later that day, Brown Service Co has been AMAZING! The bid was fair. Jimmy is VERY knowledgeable & a "good ole boy", my favorite type of contractor. I had a deadline of today due to being in the middle of a bathroom remodel & they made it happen. They came into our home today as promised and completed the job. My husband and I both HIGHLY recommend Brown Service Co & their phone number is now permanently in my phone as our new HVAC company.
