I can't say enough about this family owned business. I know this may not happen for everyone but I called them in a panic at 08:32 because my hot water heater was spewing water everywhere. Debra reassured me that she would get a technician out ASAP. He was there within 30 minutes. He drove to their warehouse, picked up a new one and came back then had it installed within 2.5 hours. I've used this business for 15 years or more and this is the kind of service I've always received.

I am truly blown away by the honesty and integrity that Michael displayed during our appointment today. I was told by another company that my gas valve on my water heater was shot. Their solution was to spend over $600 on the new valve or $3500 for a new unit. I asked a friend who recommended Belue plumbing and their price for the unit was roughly half the cost, so I went with them. When they arrived to do the install, Michael quickly realized the real problem and had my existing water heater working in less than 2 minutes! I couldn't believe it. Nothing was wrong with the gas valve at all. I apologized for having them out for what ended up not being an install and he was so gracious. I realize that he could have easily showed up and just proceeded with the install and charged me for it, but he didn't. Like I said, true integrity! What an amazing company. I will be using them for all of my future plumbing needs.

Belue plumbing is Awesome!!!! High quality hot water done in record time at an awesome price!!!! Michael and David were professional and knowledgeable and friendly and polite. They are my new plumbing company. Got at price from a big box plumbing company and I almost fainted. I told them that I will take a lot cold showers before I pay that but Belue came thru. They are very busy but they work me in. Thanks Michael and David and everyone at Belue plumbing.

I've now used Belue twice and been very happy each time. Three faucet installations and a pipe repair all told. Avoid companies with flat fees for faucet installations. Belue is very quick and each time it's been cheaper going with them. Only downside is that they are very busy so may have to wait a few days for an appointment.

GREAT COMPANY & REASONABLE RATES!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I called Belue Plumbing asking for a sanity check; when RC Plumbing told me, I needed to spend $1,350 to have the kitchen drain “jet/pressure” cleaned. Belue Plumbing stated that what was being recommended was ABSOLUTELY NOT needed. They didn’t want me to be ripped off so the dispatcher called and found one of their plumbers who was in the area an asked them if they would work me in, which they did. Belue Plumbing comes rolling in their drain auger which was easily 6-8 times the size of RC’s plumbing and proceeds to unclog my drain. The Belue plumber then recommends a drain cleaner that “should keep you from having to call us back again for a clogged drain”. They also provided a 30 warranty so if the drain did clog again; they’d be there at no charge. Total cost. $175 !!!
