Honest, professional, quick service. If you have an HVAC issues Bubba is the guy you want at your house. He will shoot you straight and is fairly priced. When our AC went out he was quick to come out and assess the issue and gave us the best price we had found. He got our AC working great and with 3 kids it was imperative that we get it fixed ASAP and that is just what they did. Amy is great at setting appointments and staying in contact if theres anything that comes up. She calls after the services are done to ensure that there are no other issues. Overall extremely satisfied customer and would recommend to anyone needing HVAC service .

I have used this family-owned company for at least 15 years and they have always treated me with respect and were honest when it came to what my system needed...and my system that they replaced about a year ago was over 25 years old! Everyone affiliated with this company is honest and upfront with costs and needs for my system. Making appointments with them is extremely easy and not stressful at all! I can unconditionally recommend this company and their employees without any hesitation!! They will take care of you!!!

We will NEVER use another company for our AC/Heating needs. Bubba, Amy and their team members are professional, they sell quality products, prices are reasonable and they are always on time. The minute they answer the phone, you will feel more like family than a customer. Give them a call. Promise you will be glad you did.

When my old a/c guy passed away, I thought that I would never find another guy like Ralph Gumm. Just a good old hvac guy. Kept a more than a few of my old commercial units running on spit and bailing wire. Always an eye out for replacement units he knew I would be needing. Then Bubba was referred to me. Bubba and Amy are much more professional than Ralph, but still with that good old boy mentality. I have used them for new unit installs and for repairs. Timely and quality work. I highly recommend Alphin Mechanical.

What a great experience from scheduling to the completion of install. Bubba and Amy were an absolute pleasure to do business with. Bubba and his helper arrived two minutes early from the half an hour window provided and got to work. The price was very fair for replacing the inside and outside unit. The work was done with pride and expertise with the work area being left extremely clean. Bubba and Amy both went above and beyond with professionalism and customer service. I can't speak highly enough about my experience.
