Awesome Experience! When i got home from work, I realized something was wrong. seeing it was almost 7 PM, decided to go ahead and call AirCo To see if they would be able to send someone out tonight. They were able to get a technician to me in 30 minutes and had me up and running in less than an hour. Truly excellent customer service from Elvis G !!

The tech, Elvis, was right on time. He was extremely friendly, very professional and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. The service was significantly faster than I expected and I liked that he emailed all the evidence of the pre and post service to us. With out a doubt I would trust him to keep working on our A/C unit when ever we may need it.

Ash(raf) M was very good. He was professional, kind, helpful and explained what was the real issue after diagnostic work. What he was not sure of, he got assistance from his boss. Very hard working. Explained some of the warranties that AirCo offers- which I would recommend people check out. Too late for us. Very impressed with AirCo.

Do not use AirCo! Deceptive. Poor Communication. Misleading pricing. Rescheduled appointments. Call Center only they refer to dispatch. Left hand not talking to right hand. Billing department could not even tell me what services were included for charges.

Great Service! Jeff was awesome. He was upfront and honest about our AC issues. Great customer service! Jesus and his coworker did a great job with our AC install. They were very professional, informative and did an excellent job cleaning up after they were done. Couldn’t even tell they were here. Great job, Jesus!
